When visiting our website we may log your IP address to help us prevent abuse.
When you submit a portfolio URL, we collect the URL you provide and the timestamp of submission. Approved submissions may include metadata added by our administrators (name, type, technology, font, styles, colors).
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and subscription timestamp for the purpose of sending you updates about new portfolios.
Your rights & Contact us
We'll delete any data we have on you at your request. You can also ask for a copy of your personal data, or request that we update it. Please email us at privacy@portfolioproject.io.
Third parties & data sharing
We avoid it where we can, but sometimes we have to share data when we make use of third party services. Here's the list of third parties that we share information with:
Fathom: A privacy-focused website analytics tool that makes their money directly from us, not from tracking people to sell them ads. When using our website Fathom will receive your IP address, but no identifiable information is collected.
Supabase: Database and authentication services for storing portfolio submissions and metadata.
Bunny CDN: Image hosting service for portfolio screenshots.
Resend: Email delivery service for sending newsletter updates and submission notifications.
